The front page is all up to date :)

NSD #14 for me yesterday and 6 days of non-spending. That'll change today though as I have to buy diesel but as long as I stay in budget I'll be a happy freeby.:)

    Afternoon

Had a mega spend day yesterday. Out for breakfast, out for lunch and a big shop last night but it's so nice having lots of food back in the cupboards, fridge and freezer nearly all from a list.

The weather is miserable here, wet and windy so am hoping today will be the start of my string of NSDs as have nothing to buy so today is NSD 9 for me.

I now have 2 bids on one of my items on e-B*y and 8 watchers :D but I am starting to panic because I've not read up on what happens when the bid closes. Can someone enlighten me in layman's terms what my next step will be? I am going to spend another hour or so listing some other items as it's another free listing weekend.

    Have a good afternoon.

When the auction ends you will see a notification on your ebay summary page telling you against each item what the final price was. If the person has already paid the little '£' sign next to the item will turn dark blue which means you need to despatch the item. You can also send the buyer an invoice by choosing the relevant option in the 'Actions' list against each item on the right hand side of the screen.

Once you've sent the item, mark it as 'despatched' again, from the 'Actions' list.

I've prob made it sound more complicated than it is, but the steps are pretty intuitive, and if you get stuck, feel free to ask.

Well I feel much more chipper after a decent sleep. Having a day in today doing the housework so could be a NSD if I keep of the online spending :o

Thanks very much Kerri, you are a star. I will go and have a browse now because my auction closes tonight and I want to be prepared. :) Hopefully the buyer will realise that I won't be able to send the item until Monday when the Post Office opens. :)
