After school I overheard the deputy head (who happens to teach the other Year 1 class) telling another teacher that I've "more than got the measure of those kids!"Good praise indeed!
Anyway, that's NSD 8 bagged!
Great news flubberyzing, how's things in the staffroom now?
Boot camp bloomin cold again today but thankfully no snow here. Oh, and NSD #7 nabbed :beer:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Evening All
Slept for 4 hours after I posted to say I couldn't sleep:) Didn't get anything done on a rare day off , never mind, housework will still be there when I get round to it:o
A sleepy day is a NSD :j so 6/15 please for yesterday
Today was not NSD as thought I'd be buying midweek bread, so bought a couple of other items...then darn it the bakers lorry was late so I didn't get the bread .
Suspect tomorrow may have to shout coffee for a friend who has just lost her job and is coming to discuss next move, not sure about the rest of the week.
I'm set for the Sunday update, I think...bit scared though, did I read somewhere its better to write in a doc then paste it in?
Armchair, you can't give up, not half way through yet.......c'mon we've made over 250 NSD so far together:beer: .
Hope the rest of your week is full of NSDDebt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.
Estimated DFD August 2018 - 2031 - now 2027 :T

You are a lovely lot. Thank you for all the encouragement and kicks up the whatsit. You are all entirely correct and the belt has been duly re-fastened.
I do think March is hard. And yes, we've been hit with so many car expenses (am frantically saving my pennies to cover my registration for the year, have just had it serviced, etc) and annual fees for various things that the debt repayment has gone backwards too. And it's been so damn hot. So I kind of lost it. But! The cool breeze of autumn is finally making itself felt over here, and I am once more invigorated.
So I'll just have to be more hardcore to make up for the bad start. Thus:
NSD4 & NSD5 please. That's three in a row, too. And tomorrow is looking good for a fourth.MFW diary here. 1 Feb 2017 $229,371 - MFD Feb 2043  aiming for May 2028
14 August 2017 - Refinanced: $220,000
January 2019 $211,580 Current MFD 31 June 20360 -
Another one clocked up for me today, so now have:

Hi Sazzie
Glad you managed to get some sleep... it's much more important than housework you know:)
Re the update, thanks, you're a star :staradmin much appreciated by all of us :A
It's much easier to write it in a doc and then copy and paste it in, MSE has a habit of losing posts if they're long... and there's nothing more annoying, believe me:mad: I format it all in word, copy and paste it in and add all the smileys afterwards, it's much the easiest way to do it I've found over the years.
Don't be scared, we're all grateful for an update :AThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Good news amchairexpert, we can't have you disappearing halfway through the month, that would never do.....armchairexpert wrote: »I do think March is hard. March is a horrible month, I think we're all in the doldrums one way or another. It's the opposite here.. freezing cold and snowing.. but the symptoms are just the same. Glad you're invigorated again and ready to take up the battle with those pesky NSDs:Darmchairexpert wrote: »So I'll just have to be more hardcore to make up for the bad start. Thus:.
You have indeed been more hardcore, well done you :T and you'll be getting some of these :j in a few minutes to celebrate:D
Keep plodding, you'll get there.. and don't forget I still have my bum kicking smiley if you need some "encouragement":DThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time
