NSD Challenge: October 0/140 -
Kerri, your posts do make me laugh....I know I should be encouraging you to work on getting NSDs but I love the stories about how the days don't quite turn out like that :rotfl:
Anyway, very nearly had my second today but realised that my 20% off voucher for M & S expires today and using it for Mother's Day pressie....think the saving was worth sacrificing my NSD.
I'm pretty sure I'll have spends for the rest of the week now but will drop by to say hi and see how everyone else is getting along :wave:SPC Member #112 :A Save £2k in 2014 # 160 :money:0 -
Ahhh, thanks MissE001 - I'll be back on the NSD wagon tomorrow. Oh and one of the bloomin light bulbs I bought was a dud so that's going to have to go back anyway
Nearly forgot to report (Nargle I hope you see this)... make up bag was sorted this morning and out went:
1 x eye shadow
2 x eye pencils

1 x face powder

In went:
1 x primer (trying this out as a new one to see if it sits with my skin any better than current one though will prob use them both)
2 x eyeshadow
1 x bronzer
1 x concealer / eye-bag hider
1 x face powder

Hi everyone.
Lots of NSD's in the bag - MummaF love your icons, how brill.
Despite starting this DMP on March 1 I've only achieved
1/18 NSD:T:T:eek::eek:
Friday - succombed to nice home made cake in work cafe, did get discount but would have been cheaper to buy a choc bar
Also blew £1 on white choc cookies at the garage while fillingup with budgeted fuel:rotfl: But they were scrummy!!
Saturday, budgeted bread purchase, plus budgeted small household repair kit for toilet seat;), but since I was meeting friends for tea, & needed to get lunch bought a sarnie too so defo a spendy Saturday.
Sunday however has been a NSD Yippee for #1...and plans for number 2 tomorrow thought might be a struggle.
Skimmed through 3 days of messages as not been able to check messages since Thursday - Nargle, pleased Dad getting through well, Mrs C, aazing introduction to discombobulated - amazing word and thanks to whoever mentioned the deep see freezer, I have discovered a forgotten quiche, looking forward to tomorrows tea now:drool:
Have a good week all,
p.s. Watching a programme about failed cosmetic surgeries...ouch ouch eucky _pale_Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

1/12 NSDSealed Pot Challenge No 3060 -
Well I only have 1 NSD so far, had a spendy weekend although planned spends.
However....
My hubby is on the way back from afghan as he had a fight with a quad bike and lost, so is on crutches, I know it could be worse.... He's ok, and obviously we are both glad he is coming home, but I think he is disappointed not to be finishing the tour especially as he only had 5 weeks left. I guess it is what he trains and works to do.
So my NSD's for March may be affected with him being home.
And it may start with me having to top up petrol tomorrow to collect him, and then groceries to feed him. But I shall keep plugging away and hope to build on my 1.
I also remember bejam.... And recently I went to my parents house and was offered arctic roll, however when looking in the freezer they didn't have any. you cannot offer someone something then not have it.I really fancied it then. Luckily my sister found a place that sold it as it seems to have made a comeback, and I've had it a few times since.
Well done to everyone on the NSD's. :TSPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
No NSDs yet, and here I am on day four. Things are not looking good for our heroine. Today, however. Definitely! Although it'd have been looking better if I hadn't eaten my lunch for breakfast. Long day ahead, thank goodness for free biscuits in the staff kitchen.
On a completely irrelevant note, I have a party to go to Friday night to which I am supposed to bring a dish of 1940s food. 1940s! Who knew all my thrifty OS cooking ways would come in so handy!MFW diary here. 1 Feb 2017 $229,371 - MFD Feb 2043  aiming for May 2028
14 August 2017 - Refinanced: $220,000
January 2019 $211,580 Current MFD 31 June 20360 -
