and "no" I have not yet mopped one single floor (hangs head in shame).

    Must Try Harder

Me too... :o I always find time to sweep but mopping seems to get missed out; I use antibacterial wipes to S&S bathroom and downstairs loo everyday and always do the floors so they're clean but I really do need to do the kitchen floor. It won't happen today though as its far too nice to be indoors mopping! At the park with DD2 and her friend at the mo :D

New bed is most deliciously comfortable! I have slept sooooo much better these past two nights :D

Did the dailies this morning, DW on and washing out on the line, everything prepared for roast dinner this evening. Flying is good but still behind with assignment :(Must do better this coming week :o

Hope the sunshine is bringing warmth and positive energy to all, Cake x
  • WM x 2, TD x 4, 2 lots folded and put away. Bedroom tidied, bed made, windows open, windows decondensated, pots done.

Taken 2 washing baskets of books downstairs ready for a car boot in a fortnight and now just rummaging around for things to add to that pile. Found a too small ski jacket of DD's so that's in the washing machine to go too. Killer red heels, worn once, also added.

Will run the hoover upstairs and downstairs and get ready to take DS to football.

HH anyone? I definitely need the support today!

Edit: Just went in kitchen to dry dishes to find I've already done them. Bit worrying that I'm obviously on auto pilot this morning, but I did have a late night and I have already taken a couple of tabs for headache. Am sure I'll wake up soon!
:rotfl:That's better than thinking you've done them, and going into the kitchen to find them all sitting piled up waiting to be washed!;)
Anyone else having trouble with the hereafter? I often hobble into a room, only to think "Now what the heck did I come in here after?":rotfl:

  • Cheers LLCake - off to the footie now to watch DS play and then doing naff all until I leave for work at 4.30. Happy to have achieved this today as it'll be less to do tomorrow on my day off. Tomorrow I WILL do the bathroom and mop the floors if it kills me!

    LW - all the time!

I went and had a lay down for an hour as this blasted headache won't shift. Got up when OldDog indicated it was time to! Why I ever bothered with a stairgate I don't know. She just opens it. It has a child lock that I can't work out so don't use but OldDog just opens the gate if she want to go upstairs or if the other dogs tell her they want to. SickDog's leg will never get better at this rate.

No more flying for me today, going to sit with a cuppa and my dogs. If DH gets home early and I'm feeling better, I might go for a walk.
