Well, we did our ten mins, the spare room looks better but needs another HHC to get it up to scratch. DD said she put 50 things in the bin........bits of papers and old stickers!! She has a pile of clothes to put away which have been on her bed since yesterday (yes, she slept in it last night!!), she is not borrowing the laptop until they are put away properly!!! She will also get a £5 bonus if she gets them put away in the next HH otjerwise the money decreases every hour (she doesn't get any pocket money so hoping this will be an incentive for today and the future ???)

    I have

been to farmer's market; had coffee and a catch up with a friend
been to mr Ms to shop (and get a tenner off)
    made veggie chilli for later
made spag bol for everyone here
    washed car
done washer bottle; coolant; oil. Had another go at not-lighting up full beam bulb. Now seems to be in and working (crosses fingers)
washed out gerbil cages in tandem with DD
hung out loads of washing, brought some in and hung out even more

I've tidied the side shed, thrown away a few old garden toys and swept up. Finished cutting back and weeding in the back garden, just need to toss around some PPM in a minute. DH can help me with a couple of last bits out there tomorrow.

Washing in from the line, our bed to remake and a HHC in the kitchen still to do.

BB is getting old and seems to need to pee most nights on the floor of the utility area even though she's had amply opportunity to empty her bladder throughout the day and evening...

So the mop is on constant standby...
Aww, bless BB; give her a (((HUG))) for Auntie Wolfy.:o

I have to stop skimming the Fred... I read that as "made the dog a cuppa".:rotfl:

We've braved the crowds in Central MK today (not nice when you're at groin-level to everyone else):eek::eek::cool: but we got everything done that we had on the list... F&V stocked up, nuts (for making nut loaf) replenished, photo for new CEA card done, optician appointment made, and new socks and underpants purchased for Mr LW; this last made a sizeable hole in my pension money this month, but as he declined my offer of a tin of blue paint, new pants and socks it had to be.:rotfl:

Wendy, Poohbear and other BD "owners" - I think half the trouble with a lot of GPs is they've never suffered depression, so they don't have a scooby how awful and debilitating it is; they also don't appreciate that different people react to it in different ways.:( I swear, the next one who tries to send me for a "talking therapy" is going to get a thick ear - I've had more talking therapy sessions in one lifetime than anyone should have to endure in three, and they don't help me one iota.

I've been waiting for nearly a year for three different doctors to sort out some counselling for me :( The last doctor told me to basically sort it out myself

    Hi all

Hugs to those with the BD with them at the moment. It pays me visits from time to time. I have had CBT counselling which I feel saved my life (I paid for this myself as I knew I had to do something, but know not everyone can afford this). I had humanistic counselling when my OH died (very kindly arranged by the local hospice) but that wasn't for me, it made me feel a hell of a lot worse. But BD is a very personal thing and what worked for me won't work for someone else. I wish some Drs realised this

    Today:

Bedding changed and fresh linen put on.
LR, kitchen, stairs, landing & bedroom vacuumed
    WM x 2
Decluttered 30 lengths in the pool & a haircut
Took carrier bag full of 'stuff' to CS
Item collected that I put on freecycle last night
    Bathroom S&S

    Have a great weekend all

    Deco x

DD is making pizza for tea, using a packet mix for the base (baby step more towards "from scratch" than pitta bread ;)) and I've just spent 10mins helping her get the pastry mix off her fingers like I used to when she was in infants :rotfl::rotfl: Thing is today she decided to wear all black so I think I'll be leaving the dark wash until she's in her pjs as she's covered in flour :rotfl:

    Personal:
    Ironing until its gone!!
Laundry - 1 dark, 2 towels, 1 bedding so far...
Replace throws on sofa when dry
Washing up - 1 down, still need to do more!
Clean DD's old snowboots up ready to sell
    Online shop - in progress!

    Work:
    Replacements/Returns
Type up trial account sheet - maybe this method will work?!?

    Monday - Kitchen
Clean the sink, drainer and taps

Tuesday - Hall, Stairs, Landing and Livingroom :D:D

    Wednesday - Bathrooms
Declutter one of your 'products' onto your body/face/hands as appropriate and have HH me time

    Thursday - Bedrooms :D:D

Friday - End of week roundup:D:D

Going to do some more washing now, once DD has stop flinging flour around in the kitchen :rotfl::rotfl:
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
