Ok, I have put washing on the line, put another load on, put food in the oven that needs using and wiped down the counters.
Waiting for the food to cook now and will get on with some ironing while I watch Columbo.......................0 -
Afternoon all
Just laundry achieved so far today.
Just making a cuppa then heading to the shed for a bit of a sort out, then I'll take DS2 to work and then garden until DS3 gets back from his friends.
New school have written already! Great news is they do a special afternoon for children coming from any primary where they are the only child going, this is DS3, so he will get to visit twice. Got lots of the dates for next year too, very organised.
Tomorrow I shall mop.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Arrived home yesterday with OH via getting the shopping in. Might have done a bit too much today. Couldn't sleep so got up at 6:30am. Put bread in Breadmaker, doing an experiment with a Sourdough starter with Spelt so will see how that does. WM and W out to dry and bread ready to eat.
New ladder arrived yesterday so OH has been kind enough to help me put stuff in the loft, which means lots more room in the living spaces. Suitcases are now in the loft which means I have more room in the linen cupboard. Also new batteries arrived for Mobility Scooter so OH has fitted them. They are a higher Mah so means I'll be able to go further.
Now relaxing and about to have lunch then take the washing in if it's dry.
Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend and big (((hugs))) if you are not.Sealed Pot Challenge 6 - 20580 -

That's great news.
So far today I've done 1 load of washing and about to hang it out, delivered village magazines, posted a letter and got a paper.
Planning the afternoon in the garden with OH when he comes back from riding.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -

Looking forward to next week, determind to pull socks up & get on with it.... :rotfl:"There's a little witch in all of us"🔮🪬🧿DEBT FREE 06/2018Mrs SD’s Decluttering 2025 ⭐️ 🥇0 -
Beds stripped, washing sorted then resorted to make less loads
, bathroom S&S'd after this mornings baths, DD's alarm clock fixed and I never want to have to take it apart again, and a film decluttered :rotfl: Off to try to reach the cobwebs I saw this morning - they're in the alcove above the staircase which I can't reach normally...this may be interesting!!

DD2 and I have been flying together
She had her carppy music channel on nice and loud  but at least she's been working.
Jobs done so far ~
We've braved Tesco , put shopping away, stripped beds, washed dog blankets, washed bedding (2nd load now on), changed the water and cleaned the fish tank, found one dead fish. Cleaned the kitchen windows and window sills, cleaned splashbacks, hob, worktops, sink and draining board, cupboard doors and fronts of white goods, folded tumble dried bedding.
Now we're having a break before starting on the front room0
