Did a bit more today, and I'm trying a list of the other things I have to do . That might just be something to beat myself up with though.

Natty - recognising what is going on is a huge step. You know what is happening and you know that you've recovered before.

Don't compare what you could do a while ago with what you can do now. It's like saying "Before I broke my arm I could do this, so I should be able to do it now with my arm in plaster" Just focus on doing the things that make you better.

Managed to hoover the entire house.

Mopping brigade - who has had their mop out since Monday? Going to do mine in a minute!

Ionafan, lovely daffs, I love the smell of daffs and they remind me of when AnW'sMum was on the flylady thread

Going to do HH on here now checking bank accounts, deleting emails (might even reply to the odd one!) etc.

Lunch time for me. Not sure what to have yet

I've updated finances :D Very happy that I've managed to make progress clearing debts. £300+ since January 1st. :j That does include the messed up CSA payment though so in a way I'm glad that happened :rotfl: I even have savings to cover celebrations/school costs which I'll transfer back to my bank account when I've spent it on my card :D:j All looking good and on target for paying off my overdraft by Dec 31st and thats without taking my earnings into account :D

    Personal:
    Ironing
Fix Worktop protector. Foot is on windowsill
    Fix oven door handle

    Work:
    Replacements/Returns
Type up trial account sheet - maybe this method will work?!?

    Monday - Kitchen
    Basic Flying

Sweep and mop the floor - couldn't let the mop brigade down :D
Clean the sink, drainer and taps

Tuesday - Hall, Stairs, Landing and Livingroom
    Basic Flying

    hoover floors
    Dust any fluffy surfaces
    Deep Cleaning
Remove any marks from the walls/paintwork - the magic erasers work well
Give keyboard and mouse a good clean
    Go on a cobweb hunt

Wednesday - Bathroom and airing cupboard
    Basic Flying

    Hoover and wash bathroom floor

    Decluttering
Declutter one of your 'products' onto your body/face/hands as appropriate and have HH me time

Thursday - Bedrooms - you choose which one
    Basic Flying

    HHI (if you iron)
    Deep Cleaning
Wipe the window ledges and clean a window or two
    Hoover your curtains and blinds
    Dust lightshades and bulbs

Friday - End of week roundup
    Basic Flying

Hoover anywhere not done or that needs redoing
Change any bedding left to do - sunday job - although I have just remade DDs bed, a scrunched up pile over covers at the foot of the bed won't keep her warm :rotfl:
Dust tv screens and anywhere you've missed
    Deep Cleaning
    Spot clean a carpet rug
    Wash throws or cushions

Lunch while I watch a programme from last night then I'll go fling a vacuum & duster round upstairs ;)

Oh wow I love those boots! :D Web page saved to favourites for looking at later ;)
Wendy (and anyone else of course) if you do order boots from P£nnangalan, do make sure to order a larger size than you usually take. They do mention it on the site, and I can confirm, their boots are on the small side, so ask for a size larger than your usual size.;) That said, my boots are synthetic leather (it's an option, so I went for it) and I find them actually very comfortable - as far as footwear is ever comfortable on me.:o

Could I possibly request a few Flylady vibes for tomorrow at 11.20? If you could send my doctor accurate aim so he can sort my shoulder out, that would be great. Won't go into details so as not to wobble people :D

Then, if the gods are with me, I'll be able to change a duvet cover without swearing:rotfl:
Aww, short bird I've only just seen this; I hope all went well for you.:o

I actually did today's Flying list yesterday (spare room on Fridays here); even managed to empty the shredder, which lives in there!:o So I'm frog-hunting today; see if I can get a few of the little blighters chomped.:D

Thanks, LW. Treatment for frozen shoulder, dagnabbit. A brief panic when GP couldn't find letter from physio but hit had been scanned and put in the wrong folder. Phew.

Yes, all's gone well; so far, haven't had to break out either painkillers or bag of frozen peas. Then again, it has only been an hour:D

So, a little light movement today, things that don't involve moving my arms too high :rotfl:
