Wow!! Under £4 for a weekly shop! That's inspirational. Tell us your secrets....

As for me, I haven't spent anything today which is amazing because I can feel myself really craving to go out and buy something. I have gotten it into my head that I need a watch like yesterday! But have been good, no spending for me today. Don't know how long I can keep it up for though...
Do other people go crazy and can't stop thinking about things they could buy until they actually make a purchase?

I'm a bit like that at the mo. have been really focused on not spending and really addicted to getting NSD's but i can feel the urge to spend coming. To the point I drove past sainsburys this evening and was thinking how nice it would be to go and do a BIG shop, and I mean big, filling cupboards etc. then I'm thinking I need to go into town on sat for bday and mothers day card, then started thinking what I could buy me.

I don't need anything, I've got vouchers and bday money from beginning of January that I don't know what to spend on. No point getting clothes as I don't know what I'll fit into after bab is born. So why am I so desperate to spend money.

I've got a really strict plan for March in the hope I can save extra money for maternity leave. Maybe because I can't see me spending much this month on me that i can't stop thinking about it. :D

I know I'll feel gutted if I spend on a want unnecessarily. Stay focused.

Anyway have managed a NSD today.

    Sunday - petrol £20, groceries £27.39. Ooops.

Tuesday - £6.02 cinema and snacks. (£5.10 for cinema, 92p for snacks.)

Well ETO, all I really need to buy is parsnips, carrots and mints (horse!), lunches for me (I've managed on left overs and cupboard food for the last three weeks) and I do get biccys for work but just get Tesco Value.

I do pay rent to my parents and Mum buys pretty much all the food, so you could call it cheating :rotfl:

Whether I could do a weekly shop for under £4... Maybe if I ate the same three meals all week but it would be a poor quality diet. :o

ETA - today was a NSD for me.
