  • Another vote for camskill here, used them a few times and can't fault the service.

But it is always worth just phoning around your local tyre places as they may have deals on that end up being cheaper by the time you factor in fitting & balancing etc.

Would second oponeo, a friend ordered from them and arrived in a few days, my next replacements will be coming from them.

OPs size seem to start at £53 delivered.

Hi where can I get cheap tyres in cheshire fitted size 215/50/17 they all seem to be expensive and overpriced:mad

    Tyres on your drive.com
  • Have used both Camskills and Tyre Traders & would recommend both of them. Then used local vauxhall garage to fit £10 per tyre including balance and disposal. £15 per tyre at local independents.
Have used Black Circles in the past as well, but since they redesigned their web site their prices seem to have shot up! Just my observation.

I was looking round for tyres last week. Went to National and quoted "best price" of £179.98 for 2, Tyreshopper price £109.25 !

Local indies were laughable as well, none would come below £80 each against on line of £60 - £65 which would be fitted by them through the tie-ups.

Strange that those tyres are cheaper in 16 than 15. Blackcircles are not very competitive for my15s

Have used Blackcircles over the last year (for van) without any problems. Prices were relatively good. However, just a word of warning, if you change your mind about how many tyres you want fitted on the day, you get charged £13 for a recollection fee. My fault for not looking more closely at all the tyres on our car :(.

However, what's worse though, is I tried calling them on their 08456202000 number at the time (08:34 am) to see whether I could change the order, alas their wasnt anyone in the office so just got recorded message. I've just rcvd my mobile bill and found I was charged 41p for the privilege of calling their number for a mere 12 seconds!! OK 41p won't break the bank but that's a bit steep, thank goodness there wasnt anyone there as I dread to think what the cost would have come to?

    Hi

These sound like later Vectra C tyres ?

Have the same issue with mine. I shopped about really hard in January, Camskill are good, but ended up with Falken ZE914's fitted by a local independent for £89 ea.

Note that tyres now have a rating so you can check the performance before you buy.
