I'm going to a job interview without a tie

What do you think about that?
That's right, I don't have a suit. I have smart shoes, trousers and shirt which will be clean, polished and ironed to perfection, but I have no tie.
The job position is driving for a creative company, I've studied the company employees and the dressing is very casual, and I will be on warehouse/driving duties and that won't require a suit.
I'm scared.

Always dress up. Better to be over dressed then under dressed! We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Never go to an interview without a tie unless you definitely don't want the job.Pants0

I'm going to go against the grain and say that a tie is not essential for an interview. If you aren't used to wearing one then you will be uncomfortable and that's not what you want. My cousin never wore a tie and got a job so it didn't bother his employer.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

My present job and the previous one I got wearing jacket and trousers - no suit. And I am fairly certain I would have got it without a tie too.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0
