    Good morning all!!

Wow Maralum she is beautiful!!!! and thank you for taking the time to post a pic for everyone to drool over - you must have so much other stuff to do.

Well yesterday was a wash out apart from S&S of kitchen and bathrooms and the normal cooking etc. We had a quiet day - I spent a couple of hours listing more books on Amazon etc and he read a book.
We sort of had a good excuse cos my old rescue dog I think has torn his cruciate ligament, though yesterday evening he developed a swelling under his hock - so its off to vets first thing. He had to rest as much as poss yesterday. It isn't bothering him one bit - he's just on 3 legs adn getting into just as much mischief! He's yelling at he moment as he's getting no breakfast in case of x-rays, but you can't explain that to him.

Anyway - I will be doing yesterday's list today plus washing as I have to factor in vets visits and PO etc. Mercifully ASDA wasn't open first thing so doing shopping tomorrow instead so had an extra half hour in bed. How come I feel more tired when I have had had a lie in and done nothing the day before???

Off to switch first load of washing to long spin - laters folks - have a good day!

Morning all!! Sorry I haven't had time to read through and keep up with how every1's doing - I had a peep at Freya tho - very dangerous coz she is broodilicious!! CONGRATULATIONS to the proud parents :T

I have already done some bits and bobs and have crossed out anything that I did yesterday. I'm going to finish doing DD's hair and then maybe get kids to vac while I tidy shoes (coats and bags are done;) ). I did all the hotspots downstairs apart from back of fruit bowl in kitchen yesterday, so that's my one for today - If I've got time I will do hotspot that is bedroom window sill l8r coz it's depressing when I open the curtains in the morning.

    Hope every1 has a gr8 day :D Luv Jx

Morning all...finally had a chance to catch up on some of the thread ;)

Maralum - Freya is so cute! I showed OH last night and he said "aw..another hand head!" (meaning she's so cute and tiny that her head would fit in his hand...he means it as a compliment honestly :rotfl: ). About 10 minutes later he then went "Oh, and don't be getting broody...no more!" :o Just shown DD and she said "Aw so cute...can we have one?" When I said "Daddy said no" she started sulking :rotfl::rotfl:

Shell - Good luck to you and your DD for today

    EVERYONE ELSE - bighug.gif

Well OH has gone of to work on the train  So let me see that about £8 spent today which we haven't really got  I'm just hoping that what someone at Kwik Fit said turns out to be true - that the car can be taken to the Ford dealer, "diagnosed" and then the work can be done by another cheaper garage

DD is not wanting to play ball this morning - apparently she couldn't sleep last night and was still awake at 1am so I'm just wondering who the snoring child I tucked in at 10pm when I went to bed was

Now to top it all off its raining...and heavily. All the washing is going to have to be dried inside, I think I might bring the maiden down from upstairs (or at least half of it - it's one of those 4 sided white ones which concertenas up) and have a good excuse to have the fire on downstairs - drying underwear! :p Stuff to be ironed can go upstairs on hangers to minimise creasing with the heater on in our room. ;)

So my plan for today goes something along these lines :
    • Dailies
      • Beds
      • Bathroom S&S
      • Dishes
      • Kitchen S&S
      • Evening meal
      • Uniform for tomorrow
    • Laundry
      • Darks
      • Lights
      • Bedding
      • Towels / cloths
    • Ebay
      • Dispatch remaining items (2 could be put straight in the post box yesterday as they were vouchers ;) )
      • Try to complete updating listings :o
    • Clear car out of personal items (car seat, CD's etc)
    • Hoover through downstairs
    • Ironing still :o
Right, I'm off to make DD's beds and that will be that job out the way. I might even be able to squeeze in a S&S of the bathroom depending on DD's mood  Later
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    Hi
    I'm back.
Having missed the last 2 weeks as son really ill for a week then away on holiday for a week, my house has really missed the flying, I can really see I havent done it properly even though I thought i was keeping on top of it.
I didnt check yesterday with it being bank holiday so am going to have a double day and aim for level 3 on both days, then I will feel that I am back on top. My bathrooms are awful but I will resist doing them until they come around.
    Thanks for the motivation again.

    Morning folks.

maralum how cute???? I want one too!!!

denise and boston hope your doggies are ok at the vets today

shell good luck with your daughter at the hospital this am, wishing her a speedy recovery and not too much worry for you.

lil-me ooh - give that director hell, and then come back and tell us.

Well, didn't get much further than where i was yesterday am. Went to parents house, then when i got back at 7:30 i hadn't eaten all day and was shattered, so i had a little scrub of the oven shelves in the bath, and then emptied the airers/hung up my 2nd load of washing, but then sat on the computer, and had an early night.

Also squeezed in a hospital visit, and my aunty is still no better, although they have taken her off the sedation drugs so she may wake up soon.

Feel less tired than yesterday. Was woken up when DH got back from work at nearly 4 am (from leaving house at 8am yesterday), so i got up early with Charlie to let him rest, and will avoid going upstairs with gob-a-lot for as long as possible, although i will need to get dressed soon to pick the cats up, so i can only be so considerate.

Anyway, i can see today being a busy one. Here's my list:

Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
    Wipe light switches and banister
    Level 3
    Clean window
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
    Tidy shoes, coats and bags
Vacuum under furniture (only if you won't hurt yourself doing it, don't want any injuries)
    Declutter mission task
Clear one hotspot of your choice, even if only for 10 minutes

Make a banana and walnut loaf
    make veggie baby purees
    get in freezer
    wash up blender etc
