    Hello everyone.

Didn't get a chance to pop in here at all yesterday, Tuesday is always a busy day. I have skimmed over all the pages to try and catch up.
But I did get the lounge done and I took the sheet off our bed in the morning and replaced it just before getting into bed last night!
This morning I stripped of the pillowcases and duvet cover and put the clean cases on and that's about all that's been done so far. The rest will get sorted shortlyand then I'll start our evening meal.

Was told today our move to a new office is likely to be 11th June so that'll be the start of increasing my working week to 4 days from 3. Let's hope all this flying keeps me on top of things with this change to my routine.

Love the photo of you and your two cuties Maralum!

Lil_me- hope you are feeling more positive and happier today. I agree with eveything everyone has said, we'd be lost with you!

Hugs to everyone who is feeling poorly or just a bit down in the dumps.

Off to move DH from the bed where he has gone after coming in from work to lay down and relax a bit!
...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.

    Evening everyone.

Thanks for all your supportive comments, means a lot.

Managed to get to my reflexology appointment this morning, bliss, did have to dash about like a headless chicken to get everything done this afternoon, :o after dozing off when I got home :rotfl: must have needed it

Bedrooms almost done apart from this pile thing I have managed to make on my side of the bed (you can't see it from the door so that's ok :o :rotfl: ) which I will hopefully sort through tonight after writing my assignment up. (yes Tartan Mum it's maths and times like this I wonder why on earth I chose it)

Anyway, list will be up later for tomorrow, making dinner then got some governor stuff to do and prepare for DS1s review tomorrow, then writing up.
One day I might be more organised...........

oooh you have all been busy, I've not even started yet, actually am still at work for another 13 minutes. Most days I can get a good chunk of the list done before I leave for work, but not when it's the bedroom as the BF is still in bed most days when I leave for work.

I'm hoping that when I get home the plasterers will be there to give us a quote on getting the lounge and dining room done. It's only taken us 6 months to get round to sorting out getting the dinning room re-plastered, and I striped the walls back in Dec !!!

Maralum I've just seen your picture. Baby Freya is gorgeous and you all look so happy and relaxed.

Lil_me, just read that you are feeling frazzled, concentrate on your assignment and your kids, housework can wait till next time. I think you told me that when I was stressed out. Thanks for all the work you put into this and your help and support.

LJD1 I hope your back is feeling better.

Thanks to everyone who posted messages of support. I have still done no housework this week. It is amazing how quickly it all deteriorates with a hous efull of males. Sorry, to any male readers, but mine just don't 'see' things that need doing. They will do anything when asked but I've got tired of asking this week.

Today I have been to two hospital appointments, looked after sick cat! Dog is doing okay after her op but is a bit fragile still so gave her some fussing too. Flying- nothing. I might do Master bedroom when boys are all watching footie.:D

    Evening everyone,
Hope people are feeling a bit brighter (unlike the the weather). Everytime I read through the posts I find things which strike a chord with me, like Lil-me's struggle to balance everything (you are doing brilliantly!) and Nicki feeling down about appearance. Too often I can see all the positives in other people's appearance, but don't do the same for myself.....

Maralum, your photo is gorgeous, the smiles say everything!

Flying going at about level one to two this week, but have guests to tea tomorrow so will attempt level three in downstairs rooms tomorrow. Not as bad as it sounds, upstairs rooms are still pretty good.
Has anyone got a steam cleaner? Are they any good? I was looking at one today and was very tempted, but I have a habit of believing in "miracle" answers to cleaning:eek: . My cupboard under the sink is bulging with bottles etc, I must have thought buying the stuff was enough, not actually doing the cleaning! A bit like my mum, she used to buy books she was interested in and just leave them by her bedside, seemingly hoping they would magically seep into her mind.......
I am off for a long soak in the bath (hopefully, if DS doesn't wake up). He seems to have finally settled into a routine, I hope I am not speaking too soon....

    Evening all,
I only managed level One and a Bit in the bedroom this evening. I changed the bed, hoovered and wiped down. No prospect of drying the bedding outside for a few days. I just checked the 5 day forcast and it's reflecting my mood at the moment; gloomy with intermittent sunny spells. Think I'm brewing something so I might take myself off to bed.

Have a good evening those of you still on the go. Tomorrow's another day.

Good evening again, I have just updated the post with tomorrows list, sorry it's so late.

Started writing up then realised have gone terribly wrong on a question, have ended up calling tutor who thankfully has helped me understand where I went wrong so have had to redo all that :( So that pile in the bedroom definately won't get done today.

Anyway, must go and finish off the writing up, ttfn :)
