Bs, here we go again. Who and what are we jealous of? Perhaps sensitive, and sticking together when seemingly attacked, but jealous, good grief.:rolleyes:black-saturn wrote: »I deleted the playground comment quite a while ago. Could people please delete their comments now? I have only ever posted on 3 threads in the bankrupt section of this site and to my knowledge they have all either been offering support or asking a question. Could it be that your all a bit too sensitive or jealous?
I have an autistic son who is very challenging, not at school and depressed, a baby with severe GORD, on 3 differents forms of medication, who is very unhappy and was awake screaming last night till 3.30am. The night before it was 4am. I am so tired I feel sick and can barely walk up the hill from school. My 5 and 6 year old are expecting me to go on a 4 mile sponsered walk after school, on the beach with no 3 wheeler. My 3 year old has recently been diagnosed with asthama, I have been diagnosed with an allergy that causes very irritating systoms, my husband's job ends in 5 weeks and he does not have another one to go to and our tenancy is ending and we have 8 weeks from May24th to find somewhere for us and our 5 small children to live.
I am sorry for your hardtime, but I do not use what is happening in my life to explain the nature of my posts on MSE.
I stand by what I post and try to make amends if I offend.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
Not everyone can - I think I have the same hair-type as Neko, & if I didn't do even the basics to it, I wouldn't be able to hold down my job because it would be totally unpresentable. We're not talking Oprah Winfrey gloss here, we're talking hair that allows you to work without putting your job at risk. I wouldn't be surprised if I found out I've probably broken more combs on my hair than you've had haircuts.black-saturn wrote: »If your female haircuts don't have to cost anything. You can grow it long. When I was in debt I had to grow mine long and put the £15 a month towards paying off the debt.
Even those without our hair type still have to be presentable - putting the pudding bowl over the head or getting a 'mate' to cut it for you isn't always going to work, especially if you have to work with humans.
If you went BR, you didn't have to do that - you chose to. The Insolvency information makes it very clear that you are expected to make any cutbacks you haven't already done that are wants & likes rather than needs, but you aren't expected to live like a Neanderthal either. Fair enough, you made that choice, but the OR wouldn't have expected you to. Although I've seen posts where some people clearly don't agree with it, money is allowed for things like haircuts, holidays, clothing. Going BR isn't a crime, & quite rightly the law doesn't expect any of us to live like a criminal because of it.black-saturn wrote: »When I was in debt I had to grow mine long and put the £15 a month towards paying off the debt.

I have sympathy for your situation.Could it be that your all a bit too sensitive or jealous?
Sensitive yes. I do not wish to equate your and our situation. As they are wholly different in cause and reaction. However, many people on this forum are at there wits end and are suffering extreme stress.
I for one have sympathy for your situation, and I hope that you can find some sympathy for ours.
I for one simply want to help the people here who need it, and will continue to so with no further comment, as is perhaps advisable for everyone.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

It took me so long to do my post (only came out of hospital yesterday evening myself after major surgery), that I didn't see this post until after I did mine. I realise you've undergone difficult circumstances, so please don't think my post of a couple of minutes ago is a personal attack at you. I just felt the points you made needed the other or another side putting to them.black-saturn wrote: »If you'd read the rest of my posts you will see that the day I posted all that I was in the middle of having a miscarriage and my hormones were all over the place. could you please stop having a go at me now and could previous posters remove the Bullsh1t remarks. Thanks.
Rather than deleting comments that you made which I clearly didn't see which others obviously took exception to, then asking them to delete theirs while also making other comments they were likely to object to, wouldn't it just have been better to apologise for what you said & explain your actions if necessary, then leave people to decide for themselves what to do about their own? There seems to have been a lot of judging & criticism on here in recent weeks, & it's not helpful to new or old members to read them, especially when part of the issue has later been deleted leaving other people looking like they've written something without provocation.

It's bad enough when people just edit, and you find yourself responding to a post that has completely changed.
