Sweeping generalisation there. A decision that was right for you may not be right for others. I have afro hair, and if I was to grow it *long* I would no doubt be banned from the cinema.BCSC Member 70:j

Thank you all once again for your input. We are working all the I&E out for her at the moment and have come up with a surplus of approx £48.00 per week, based on roughly what was posted in this SOA.
Of course this person has expenditure which has been told to her from her surgeon that includes creams etc after surgery. She even had to buy 3different pairs of shoes in 6 weeks that was essential to her after surgery. This will be happening again in a matter of weeks as she will be having surgery once again. After surgery its a must of having Physiotherapy twice a week, a cost of £12 in taxi fares, so theres goes the budget of transport at £40 per month.
Can all of this be told to the OR at the interview stage. ?
Many thanks0 -

Yes. All these issues can be sorted out with the OR during the interview. There is no need to be overly concerned for the petitioning to the court stage. The SOA to the court is just so that the judge can see that they need to go BR, and to give the OR somewhere to start.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
