Well offer was on this morning when I left home on both quidco and COS but had disappeared when I got home. So had to email them. They keep doing this pulling offers early. Does anyone know what time it disappeared cos I am sure it was still valid on my phone when I went into tescos.

I submitted my receipts on both COS and Q at about 4pm and the offer was still showing for me then. HTH

It's so annoying when they pull the offers early. :mad:

Thanks. They had disappeared when I got home at 6pm so sometime between 4 and 6. Why bother. Most people will check the deal before leaving work and by time they get home it's gone. It only had few more hours to go

So annoying isn't it, not all products are easy to take back and its a bit embarrasing doing so anyway

i asked the question on hot deals and i someone told me how to sort it.
"If you open COS app,and click camera. Select today's date, select the offer and upload the receipt. Bingo! "

so its there but not on front page. hope this helps if anyone else has had problems.

I have made a mess of my COS account. I was keen to claim for for my Malibu and coke as soon as I could in case they pulled the offer so I uploaded in store. I decided to get one for my husband too and claim for him on his COS account but I uploaded the same receipt to his account as I had done on mine. I don't mind if they only pay once cos I made a mistake but I am worried they might think I am trying to con them which I didn't mean to do. What should I do.

I don't know if it will do the trick but what I would do is upload the 2nd receipt on your husband's account asap. Hopefully they will then sort it out their end.

I know they get funny if you use the same receipt on quidco and then COS so that is why it is messy. If you could just ring them and say what has happen it would be easy but it doesn't work that way. I don't know if I should wait and see if they reward one and decline the other, I don't want to get my accounts blocked
