Topcashback, Quidco and Shopitize app deals thread - post all deals and codes

I have also got 3 receipts to upload to Topcashback clicksnap and Ive got the same problem I had before.

I don't do much with this one just the odd thing and usually its very straight forward, just one photo needed of the receipt.

I am using my ipad. I log on, snap the receipt,upload and press submit. After that it just shuts down on me, skips straight to the home screen..
I tried this several times, same result.

I cleared the cache.

I tried going via safari and also through google, same result.

I tried instead going via safari on the iphone. I had to log in again and it would not accept my log in details.

so now I am logged out for half an hour and then I can try again ...

Sorry if this is a silly question but where it says free on the shop and scan app, does that mean they will credit you with whatever amount you paid?

I'm sorry your cashback has not been added for this purchase.
Unfortunately, this offer was a limited offer and the reason you did not receive the cashback is because the limit had been met already.
I'm very sorry for any disappointment caused.

but you bought them on the 20th and uploaded your receipt on the 20th didn't you when the offer was still valid?

Possibly go via their facebook page - I've done this before and included the photo of my receipt again.

OH had only 50p awarded for his kettles and so I've sent them an email with a photo of the receipt and Ive also left a message on their FB page

They've replied to my support ticket, saying I've had the maximum number of redemptions for this particular offer... so I've asked them to confirm the date(s) of my previous redemption(s).

Given that I've not had any redemptions for Kettle Chips and that their site confirmed I could "redeem one time" their response should be interesting.

Update: Just received a response (that was quick!) apologising for the confusion. They've resolved it now. :cool:

Yes most problems seem to be resolved by messaging them via email or even via FB but always include full details and another photo of your receipt.

Everytime I upload a receipt I write on the back the date, item, amount, wether its COS, Q, TCB or Shopotize and my initials or OHs if I am doing one of his, plus the ID number if there is one. These sit in a basket on my desk until I know they have gone to the upload and paid stage.

Admirals Pie bought at Morrisons today is on offer for 75p :j half price and 20p for COS plus another 10p for any receipt and the prize draw entry so dinner for 44p.

I also got warburtons bread for £1 for another for 25p on shopatize and I also got milk but this is not being recognized so I've messaged them via FB with a photo - I think someone has had this problem before and I knew there was a reason why I don't normally buy Morrisons milk ....
