Ok I see COS are accepting receipts for online shops now. If I was to do one of the offers that says can redeem up to 5 times, can that be 5 times in one shop?

I think you can. I just read the terms on one offer and it says you can redeem up to 10 times in the offer period. So as long as it's not over the claim limit I think you'll be fine

I had the free Wispa bar on my phone and on OHs last night only valid in Spa

So I uploaded OHs with no issues. When I came to mine though it does not have the extended list of stores as on OH just the basic list so i can't scan my photo.
Looking at the list under the picture it usually says the list of participating stores but on mine its a blank :mad:

So I've emailed them a photo of my receipt and also Fb messaged them - really mad as these are 69p :eek:

I also forwarded them the email they sent me yesterday

So before I go all the way to Sainsburys later today I will be checking if I can actually get to the upload your receipt stage. Both our COS apps have it but only one Q clicksnap

Have you updated your COS? The extended list of stores is only on the updated version.
