The other day I had bought 2 packets of the deli chocolates which was on offer on Quidco and COS I didn't purchase them separately so they were both on the same receipt. I then uploaded that receipt on both websites. I had forgotten that you wasn't allowed to use the same receipt. The one website declined the receipt and had stated that I had already used that receipt previously, they didn't block my account, I just couldn't claim cashback on the one deli chocolate. Lesson learned. Hopefully it will be ok for you, although I was using both of my own accounts. Maybe you should see if you can contact them if you're really concerned and explain the mix-up

I have got in a similar muddle a few times but I have sent an explanatory email and so far, I have always received a payment.

To try to limit mistakes, I now try to write on the back of the receipt, with every detail of the claim.

The main thing is to keep your receipts incase there is a query.

As long as you make the initial claim within the time limit, you should have more time to resend the correct receipt if requested.

Free Birds Eye stir your senses - all varieties - this is on Quidco and the refund is £3. With a Waitrose card, it should reduce to £2.39. Its also trymefree, so it could be a profit of a few pounds.

The offer on quidco ends today. Also, this offer is only for Waitrose & not many branches sell this range. I phoned many branches before finding it.

There is a tel no for head office on the website and they might know where there it is sold.

If you can't find any in Waitrose, the offer is still available today in other supermarkets but cashback is £2

Thanks for your replies, I usually do write on the back of the receipt, but it was silly really cos uploaded the receipt in the store. Then when I got home afterwards long day at work I had forgotten I had already done it and typical COS was logged on hubby's account and not mine on the iPad. I will send and email to both accounts and hopefully they will understand.

Got a nice reply back saying that they had approved 1 receipt and declined the other and thanked me for letting them know. Felt a lot happier. So that leaves it clear for me to claim for the other can, but Tbh not that bothered as just glad I hadn't messed up my accounts.

Had an email from COS, tomorrow for one day only you can claim for a free 4 finger kitkat via the app. You can also use the same receipt to claim 45p from TCB as stated above so money in your pocket plus free chocolate

This weeks FB on Shopitize is £1 cashback on Yop yoghurt drink 500g strawberry or raspberry. Costs £1 in Tesco or Sainsburys, 75p Asda.
I didn't think much of this weeks offers on shopitize, although the Radox bubble bath 35p cashback is worth buying in Tesco, it's on offer for 85p, few different varieties.

Hi, I have just started using shopitize and checkout smart. Have redeemed some of the freebies on COS such as birdseye senses and the schwarz flavour shots. I have just seen through this thread about Clicksnap on Quidco. They are offering similar offers to COS - are they linked? . Am I able to upload the same receipt for COS for the schwarz shot onto Quidco and get paid?

No, you can claim from both but any duplicate offers on Quidco and Checkoutsmart need to be claimed using separate receipts (i.e. buy the item twice in separate transactions). There is a link between the two and they will not allow the same receipt to be used for claiming offers from them both even if the items you are claiming for are different.
