I have just checked my account again and the jaffa cakes cashback is payable but the cashback for fish fingers has been declined.

Reason given :

You can only redeem each offer once in a set period of time and you have already received the cashback for this offer within the allowed timeframe. The limit is typically one redemption in a 7 day period, however this may vary for each Snap & Save offer. You can check this before submitting your receipt by viewing the Terms & Conditions for the relevant Snap & Save offer.

They were purchased on the same receipt so wondering if that has anything to do with it.

I had this for the crisps last week. Submit the receipt again because it was accepted the second time.

I have done but nothing is pending, did yours show as pending after resubmitting?

My friend has just text to say her receipt for jaffa cakes has been declined for the same reason. She only had the one snap and save offer on her receipt with a few other items so now I don't think the problem is with offers being on the same receipt but it now looks like the problems are starting

My parents purchased the jaffa cakes from Iceland and the receipt states : 'jaffa cakes'. Their cashback is payable. My receipt for jaffa cakes from Sainsburys states MCV Jaffa X2.

No it didn't, it looked like it had not been submitted again because later the upload button was still available for the crisp offer, so I thought that I wasn't going to get it. But a day later the money was payable.

I don't think the upload button disappears? I use the iPhone app and havent noticed the upload button disappearing after submitting a receipt. The fish fingers upload button is still there after submitting the receipt again.

I am wondering if the problem is something to do with the error message which sometimes appears when trying to submit the receipt. When you click retry, maybe it is sending the receipt twice and they are declining it but not approving one at the same time.

I've got an Iceland receipt for jaffa cakes and I wondered if there would be problems as it doesn't actually say any size,just jaffa cakes & the price,I will do it later when I'm at home.

But this won't be so great if they don't honour items because a supermarket receipt isn't specific enough.:(

I have had a reply back to my support ticket and the cashback has now been paid. No reason given as to why it was declined in the first place but pleased it has been sorted and so quickly too.
