  • TopCashBack have credited a couple of snap and save offers and left the offer description blank.

How do you find out what the items were if they leave the box blank?

Also Quidco still won't say why they have declined a receipt. Be careful as they say on their website that cashback is NOT guaranteed

Yes you can esp when offers ovetlap
  • Tesco's receipts are quite non-specific. McCain's Straight Cut chips came up as just 'Fzn Chips', Kenco Millicano 100g come up as 'Coffee' - has anyone had trouble claiming the cashback because of this? I bought the right items - not my fault the receipts don't specify.

Anyone had any problems with Quidco receipts. I have submitted two so far and both were confirmed today, but no amount showing, and nothing to show what items?

Is there anyway of seeing what you claimed for / submitted with Quidco? You can do this with TCB. Or does anyone still have the complete list of offers that expired on 25/02 so I can try and identify what the amounts should be. I'll know in future to save the pdf of offers to check back if required!

Yes having the same and more problems with quidco I used to really like using quidco in fast getting fed up with them. They have to earn loyalty and even then they have to work hard to keep it

When it says "confirmed" in Quidco, you can click on the little green circle with a triangle in it which is next to the date in the "Redeemed"column. That will show you the items that you submitted and that have been tracked. Hth.

Does anyone know what to do with a sainsburys double sided receipt for snap & save as you can only upload one photo with them? The time/date is printed on the back which they need

You could try combining two photo's, maybe try a mirror image to get both sides in one photo (if possible) or email TCB with a photo of each side.

Thankfully my local Sainsburys have all the info printed on one side.

For those collecting Tesco clubcard points TCB can now be converted into clubcard points, giving potentially x4 your value

ie £1 cashback can be converted upto £4 in deals

there is also 5% bonus added :T

its a very good deal but I think it's mostly 3 times value rather than 4 times - though :)

Having said that is a long while since I had anything to convert!
