If you're that worried then a simple spreadsheet would help. Date purchased, item, date claimed, amount claimed, tracked, confirmed.
Personally, I just let them get on with it. :rotfl:0 -

They said it would appear on my activity list "shortly" but it hasn't. The other was three bottles of coke but they only picked up two. It's a pain having to e-mail them but it is in beta so hopefully they'll sort these little glitches out.
I had that initially so I have just started getting individual receipts for each product now. A bit of a pain but then there is no confusion. Though the assistants on the self serve think I have left things in my basket every time  I tell them I am paying separately!I'm sure this site makes me spend more than I save :think:0 -

request love2shop card yesterday but didn't notice the tesco option, went back in today and requested payment again for tescos - not a huge amount only 13.11 but worth it for x4. Thanks for pointing that out as I wouldn't have known otherwise that tesco was an option.0

Nothing more annoying, it's called SELF service for a reason!0 -
Sorry if already posted but I spotted Belvita breakfasts are half price in Sainsburys £1.25, buy 2 and claim £1 back on Quidco so £1.50 for 2 packs after the cashback which is pretty good, my daughter loves these.0

Mine have all been payable within 24 hours too. I submitted receipts yesterday for jaffa cakes and fish fingers but still pending at the moment. I guess they are queued so depends what time they were submitted. I think I submitted mine around 4pm so probably become payable soon.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0
