    Hi

if quidco are asking me to resubmit how do I do this as the items I.e Andrex are now not showing on the list of items as it was last week!!!!

    Thanks

I had trouble with a very short Sainsbury's receipt that I could not fold to show all the details no matter how hard I tried.

The Topcashback website suggests in these cases to upload two receipts in quick succession. When I uploaded the first it went ok but it then said I had benefitted from the offer so would not allow me to upload the second receipt.

I emailed them with the typed missing information from the back of the receipt and they accepted that without a photo.

Maybe you could attach the photo and email Quidco instead of going via the offer? As soon as one problem is resolved new ones seem to crop up!

I finally have one Quidco receipt showing as "confirmed" from the 20th. It's a start!

For those collecting Tesco clubcard points TCB can now be converted into clubcard points, giving potentially x4 your value

ie £1 cashback can be converted upto £4 in deals

there is also 5% bonus added :T

cashback can now be paid into your clubcard as points at a rate of 1p=1point.
    then 5% bonus on points
points are then converted to deals at upto x4 their value through Tesco rewards

You can now request your topcashback payment in the form of clubcard points. If you use the points for certain deals on tesco rewards website, they can be worth up to 4x as much e.g. £10 in clubcard vouchers gets you £40 worth of pizza express vouchers hth
  • Another huge thumbs up here for TCB. Tracking and paid within a week. I am very impressed.

Reading the T&Cs for Quidco I'm not taking part. For some reason they think stalking is ok - seeing the name of actual store you shop at rather than just the chain name, your payment details and ALL of the items on the receipt. Ok, the last one can be avoided by buying only one item per receipt submitted to them, but I don't want to provide them with the other info.

    TCB is the winner.

I too have done the Millicano, receipt only states "coffee" though, hope it is enough for them.

Thanks for this - I worried too about this - likewise the McCains chips - appear as Fzn Chips. At least with Asda barcode number on receipt so you know it can be checked.

Sainsbury's similar to Mr T's - if curry Loyd Grossman shortened to LG for Bhuna and just G for Tikka masala. If Pasta Puttanesca shortened to Loyd GRSM, yet L/GMAN Tom Parmesan bake or LGMAN tomoato ricotta sauce bake.

I am hoping will still track - maybe those who've been doing it longer can advise? I keep hearing about receipts not tracking and hoping its not the unclear ones ie Frozen chips, coffee without brand name!

  • Quidco:
Submitted first receipt on 23rd- now showing as 'Confirmed' and I think the dropdown they are referring to is where you click on the arrow beside the date of the confirmed transaction, and you will see the items that are payable and the amounts you are due.

Second receipt submitted on 24th still processing.

    TCB:
First receipt submitted on 23rd- processed and paid the very same day. So easy!

Second receipt submitted on 24th- processed and paid the next day.
  • I don't mind the slightly longer wait for Quidco but I've submitted two receipts now where they've missed items. One was for a bottle of Cravendale which I e-mailed them about. They said it would appear on my activity list "shortly" but it hasn't. The other was three bottles of coke but they only picked up two. It's a pain having to e-mail them but it is in beta so hopefully they'll sort these little glitches out.
