Contacting customer service is a waste of time as they just copy and paste a response that has no relation to the original query.0 -
I have just joined Quidco - shopped in Shoe Zone on Monday and have been trying to upload the receipt ever since! I have tried on PC and Quidco app. Scanned it as well as using a photo in Jpeg format! Messaged Quidco for help but no reply. What am I doing wrong?!0

I think some offers you might have to activate before your purchase but once you register your debit or credit card I think Quidco use that info and you don't need to upload receipts.
I've never had to do anything my cashback just appears as and when I shop at a store that is part of the in store cashback programme, Although to get cashback on a one of offer from Argos I had to order via click and collect through Quidco before I could go in store.0 -
This week's Shopitize code on Facebook is 14WEET for a £1 off Weetabix on the go drink - currently 98p in Asda and £1 in Morrisons.0

If you click on the three lines it will open another page and will tell you that most probably you need to resubmit your receipt which you can do from that page. I have found it easier to email them rather than use the app if I had concerns.
Thanks. I think taking the photos is very fiddly. It often doesn't work. I would rather scan a receipt and email from my pc. Is this allowed? Thanks.0 -

I keep checking back every now & then for deals, as the thread was originally intended, but these days it seems to be 90% queries about the apps etc. Shame, because it used to be a really useful thread...I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0

I agree - would it be possible to set up an additional 'no chat' thread? This could be for deals only rather than app queries etc.0
