Shopitize is at it again! Scanned receipt 3 times and now the yogurts have fully disappeared from my list. Nothing pending. Query not sent. How do I contact them about it?

Have you got a 1 showing in red on the 'Activity' section on the app?

Assuming you have, there should be an indication that action is required for the receipt. You may need to scroll through to find it as when I previously couldn't find the problem receipt apparently it had gone to the bottom due to not recognising the date.

I was told by Shopitize that any problems should be dealt with via the app, either re-snapping receipts or reporting a receipt. If these actions fail then their email for contact is feedback@shopitize.com.

Hi, thanks for your response. I did initially get the red 1 showing and I uploaded the receipt 3 times after which the 1 disappeared as did all traces of the offer I was trying to get cashback for.

Thanks for the email address though. I will definitely get in touch with them that way.

it did that to me, it kept disappearing from the list then the next day it came back it done that twice but i got it in the end, just keep checking.

Does anyone else have a problem with topcashback app, as soon as i try to upload it says error and i deleted it off my iphone downloaded it again but still have problems, i emailed them but they just asked me to send the photo to them everytime i want a offer

That happened to me. It wasn't on the main page of offers but when I went to upload my receipt it was there on the list so I'd suggest trying that. My claim was approved too.
