Aesop out of interest how did you make 2 grand in the year? I take it that its not a salary as such but income from elsewhere? justcurious
  • I just noticed an ad on tcb for £50 if you open a new account with Ladbrokes Online Casino and deposit £20.00.

Do these things really work?! Sounds too good to be true but thought I'd flag it up!

I've had £42 cashback from Gala Bingo and £30 from Paddy Power through Quidco so they do pay up - can't speak for Ladbrokes though.
  • you can claim for same item for clicksnap OR COS but not both (they are the same company), then claim for shopitize, mysuperlist, scan and save. You can actually make money sometimes. Mysuperist has cashback on the free apple Oykos yogurt but be quick they can pull their offer at any time

    hi,
are Mysuperlist and scan and save apps for iPhone only?

I have just started to use clicksnap (quidco), topcashback, checkoutsmart and shopitize wondering if there are any others.

Also when I check Activity on shopitize it has a tick then says receipt unrecognised, but also says earned £0.50. Not got upto the £5 earnings yet so not sure if I will get paid or not
Typically confused and asking for advice

The My Supermarket app also has some cashback on it (not sure if that is the same as 'my superlist' mentioned by the previous poster)

Had £1,343 in payments from Quidco since 2009 - Had 2 from Ladbrokes one for £20 cash back when depositing £10 and another for £25 for Ladbrokes casino, Both paid without any problems.

Has anyone had any of the Topcashback cliicksnap thingys go to paid yet this week?

Still not heard anything, my Cadburys yule logs from 16/12 and my chocolate eggs still sat on my desk.

I am going to see what happens today but if nothing has happened by the time OH gets back this afternoon the yule logs will be returned to Sainsburys - no point in waiting until January to sort them out.

In contrast I bought Quality Street and 6 bottles of red bardoit water on Saturday for Quidco clicksnap - the £11 went to paid yesterday and is already en route back to my account

  • Just how clever is the Shopitize "clever robot"? I'm beginning to have my doubts!

I usually just stick with Quidco (ClickSnap) and TCB but decided to give shopitize a go recently.

I wish I hadn't bothered. Their "clever robot" that they seem so proud of seems incapable of reading the clearest of receipts that are perfectly flat and aligned .

Having to repeatedly re-snap receipts and then submit a report is really tedious for the sake of such little reward and has put me off bothering with shopitize in future.

As I said once before, the clever robot seriously needs to go to Specsavers!

I much prefer Quidco and Checkoutsmart, takes a while for the rewards to come but they do come and there is no need to take a photo 5 times before it is accepted.

    Happy Xmas all.
