Buy Pringles (red tub) from Tesco for £1. Get 75p via Shopitize and 40p via TCB. BETTER THAN FREE.

You can choose salt & vinegar or sour cream & chive if you prefer as the shopitize is valid on any of these flavours and TCB states any flavour

Not possible to upload a receipt at the moment on any browser.

Even uploading via the smartphone app isn't working, it says upload successful but it doesn't show in the account activity.

It's funny how every error always benefits them and disadvantages consumers, isn't it? ;)

I had this problem yesterday, uploading receipts for Quidco clicksnappy thingy I logged on, clicked on upload a receipt, clicked Tesco and that was it, the other click boxes did not show.

So I sent an email with the photo in - I also had to do this with all of my Topcashback receipts yesterday - that was a fun half hour :D

What is the best contact email address for Topcashback?

Their help section only says they know about the problem and to try again later!

If it is a receipt that you are trying to upload for groceries send an email to snapandsave@topcashback.co.uk and attach the receipt stating what cashback you are claiming.

They will process it for you.

I had a reply from Q re the Quality Street receipt I sent them and they said they were aware of the problem but I could use the ap

Well if I had the ap I would not be emailing them with my receipt would I

So I downloaded the Quidco ap after a bit of a faff but I good not find clicksnap and then it just froze on me.
It turns out there is a separate clicksnap ap but Ive no idea where this is.

Ive emailed them again

ClickSnap
• There are more cashback offers on the Mysupermarket website than the mobile app.

Does anyone know if the offers on the website, that are not on the app, can be used in store? Or would it not be possible to claim website offers using a shop receipt?

There is a way of making an instore shopping list on the web and sending to the mobile app (which seems quite confusing,) but might it work that way?

Thanks

• I just noticed an ad on tcb for £50 if you open a new account with Ladbrokes Online Casino and deposit £20.00.

Do these things really work?! Sounds too good to be true but thought I'd flag it up!
