I did mine yesterday and nothing showing on mine either. Don't thinknthere is a problem. Had an email to confirm they had received it so just have to wait and see.0 -
Mine isn't showing as pending either. I think it will still show up eventually as paid.0

COS had a Birds Eye deal on chargrilled chicken/fish, but now I see they've modified it to say, "buy 3 get £2." It previously just said £2 reward, redeem up to 3 times. No indication that three items had to be purchased.
That bit in quote marks definitely wasn't there a few days ago. Did anyone else see it??0 -

I did this (after seeing get £2 redeem up to 3 times) submitted my bill for 3 x purchased expecting £6 and i only got £2 - queried this and was told it was by 3 get £2 - emailed back querying this as defo didn't state that when i went shopping on Friday! not heard back yet0 -

They say it was clear you HAD to buy three. Yet at the same time they admit they changed the offer title to specify "buy 3, get £2" as some customers found it confusing.
If they feel it was clear, why did they change the title of the offer?
I'm afraid CheckOutSmart appears to be a less than trustworthy outfit. I will be taking screenshots of every offer in future. I've never had any such issue with a cashback or similar provider before.0
