I had this problem a little while ago and contacted Shptz. They said it was because it wasn't on their database and must have slipped through the net. They asked for the barcode and said they would put it on the database and I would then be able to make my claim. However, I still couldn't get it to work so they agreed to pay me separately as it was a valid product.

thanks for this, I will do the same - it might be a case that if enough of us make a query then they might put it on their database“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

I find Quidco pretty poor in that respect as well, why can't they show the receipts you've uploaded and what offers you claimed on them...?
When I log on to my quidco account I can see a breakdown of everything that has been approved. It was in the 'my activity' section and then I clicked on the clicksnap tab and both receipts were showing with a breakdown of what offer each receipt related to. I presume you're talking about the app. Have you tried looking on main website instead?Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!:starmod: Emergency Fund Savings - #148 - £10/£1000 1% :starmod::xmastree:#083 SPC6 £63 - SPC7 £90 - SPC8 £63 - SPC9 £54 - SPC10 £26 - SPC12 £70 :xmastree:0 -
I emailed shopitize a few days ago as I want to get my money paid to me. I definitely didn't give them bank details when I signed up and can't find out how to do it now that I have been with them for a couple of months. Can anyone help please?0

Would anyone mind telling me why I don't have the crackers offer on my click snap (I haven't used it), plus my niece signed up the other day and seemed to have different offers, is that usual? Thank you in advance0

The free Jacob's Cream Crackers offer finished on 10 November.
There has been the odd occasion, I believe, when some people have an offer showing that doesn't show for others but in general the offers should be the same for everyone.0 -
