thanks for this, I will do the same - it might be a case that if enough of us make a query then they might put it on their database

Mine was paid at £1, also my OH did it on his phone and also got the £1 paid. x

Mine are confirmed at £1 even though I paid 89p in Tesco!

When I log on to my quidco account I can see a breakdown of everything that has been approved. It was in the 'my activity' section and then I clicked on the clicksnap tab and both receipts were showing with a breakdown of what offer each receipt related to. I presume you're talking about the app. Have you tried looking on main website instead?

You have to provide your bank account details when you withdraw the money. Just tap "Withdraw" and it should come up.

The free Jacob's Cream Crackers offer finished on 10 November.

There has been the odd occasion, I believe, when some people have an offer showing that doesn't show for others but in general the offers should be the same for everyone.

Yes, you can see what's been approved, but there is no way of seeing the receipts you've uploaded and what cashback you'd expect to be due. I usually upload my receipts and then forget about it, expecting the money to be credited at some point, but then at some point I think - I'm sure I uploaded a receipt to Quidco, but I've had no cashback & then you can't check your receipt activity.
