Same here. Getting majorly !!!!!! off about it. I uploaded the blasted receipt 5 times and then gave up. I don't even know what the issue was, I did it next to a window and the receipt was clearly visible. Shopitize need to get a new clever robot or the current one needs glasses!!!0 -

yes as i only bought the creme egg on that receipt to make sure that it wasnt too long, and tried it about 5-6 times before i gave up too. I presume that different supermarkets have a different way to describe the items and it obviously didnt recognise "cadbury" on my asda receipt. I bet it shows up different description if I had bought it from Morr, Tesco or JS but it is really annoying when this happens0 -

I submitted a receipt for review and emailed them on Saturday night. Nothing. Probably deal with it now the offer is over. But is too late to resubmit. Might chase it on Facebook too. That might prompt them0 -

I got an email yesterday about the soup so they are processing them.0 -
I think the thing is not to panic yet, they only seemed to be catching up with the soups last night so only start to worry if your upload still shows as processing at the end of Wednesday - my account balances only adjusted last night.
Quidco - I am still living in hope of an extra £1 for the carling cider from October 25th, they said it would take 72 hours but sadly nothing happened. I don't think I will bother with them anymore. Going through the pallarva of resnapping umpteen times and then having to report it so someone will get back to me in 7 days!0 -

I'm sorry your experience with shop is so bad. They've been great for me, including huge problems I had with the app. They may take a couple of days but really I have found they do resolve it, and usually within 2 working days. Maybe it's a problem with the way your phone takes the photo?0 -

Funny cos the milk went thro no problem but creme egg not recognised so nothing wrong with the receipt. This is longest I have been waiting. And very poor as I have emailed them as well as reporting the receipt.0
