I'm going to ask something that has probably been asked before (sorry!), but can you use the same receipt to claim via different apps?

So could I use 1 receipt to claim cashback from mySupermarket, Quidco, TopCashBack & Shopitize if they all had promotions?

Yes - the only exception is you can't use same receipt for Quidco Clicksnap and Checkoutsmart as these 2 apps are run by same people. But yes to one of these and any/all of the others you mention.
However if there is a good same offer on both Quidco Clicksnap and Checkoutsmart you can buy the same item twice but MUST be on separate receipts and upload each different receipt to each app (hope that makes sense)

Does anyone know if there is a limit to the amount of free Carling ciders on MSM? The email I got from them says:-

*Via Cashback. Terms and Conditions apply. Limited to one per shop. Offer ends 7th November 2014. Only available in Asda,Saisbury’s,Tesco and Morrisons."

I take that as I can buy one in Sains, one in Tesco, one in Morrisons, one in Asda, or am I misunderstanding the offer?

I claimed it last week when it was also on COS and it was a once only offer and it then disappeared from both apps, but then I got an email from MSM and its still showing on the MSM app even though I have claimed and had a confirmation email from them.

I've been wondering this too, but I think it might be a one use only. This is based on the FAQs on MSM which addresses Cashback. Just because you've had confirmation email I dont think double payment is guaranteed. If you've received the actual money and the offer is still showing then I'd say yes you can apply more than once. I'm not sure what will happen if you make another redemption request - whether it means they'll just say no to the second request or whether it risks rejection for the first as well?!

Has anyone had the money for the Heinz soup yet? I got a confirmation email of my receipt on Saturday, but have not had the money yet. They are normally quite quick.

Nothing yet, still waiting too. Hope they pay out the right amount. The free offers can be a bit tricky

Still showing as receipt received for me. It's done this before and sat for a day or two before being paid. If it doesn't pay out soon then send them a quick email. They are very good at sorting any issues once you let them know.
