Thanks for the heads up re the cider on COS.

OH did it on both our phones and I hadn't taken any notice of how much it was supposed to be,indeed we have only been credited a pound too so I've sent them an email.

I have a couple of quick questions about shopitize which don`t seem to be clear in the terms/conditions.

a) Can I buy more than one product (ie. 2 or 3 of the offers) at the same time on the same till receipt?

b) Can I take advantage by visiting different stores. Eg buying wine in Tesco and again in Morrisons and claiming rebate on them both?

No - with Shopitize you can only buy the item once (and only one). You will find that once you've scanned the product,uploaded the receipt and it's processed , that offer disappears from those available to you. (But you may find the same product/offer shows up in another week, sometimes straight away the following week - meaning you can buy the product again)

U have to buy the item for the cashback as u need proof via a receipt. You add the item to a basket ie pretend shop and if the item is eligible for cashback it will offer u the option to claim cashback. Then follow the instruction, upload receipt put correct email details etc. it will only prompt you if the item is eligible for cashback tho.

They won't. I was paid for free dog food then saw that it was still on my upload list so thought it was worth trying again but they didn't pay out. When I e-mailed them they said they could see I'd already claimed it.

I'm sure offers used to disappear from the upload list after they'd been claimed so presumably this is a glitch that needs fixing.

I had the same thing - the dog food reappeared, so I assumed it was a new offer, but I didn't get it paid out...
