From a post they made in another thread, you need to contact them via their ticketing system through the Quidco website.

My clicksnap cider has been confirmed and payable for £1.99 (uploaded receipt yesterday as first one declined for being too blurry) so hopefully they have fixed it now

Hi I already had the app but I still can't see the free offer for the cider.
  • Heads up - Mysupermarket has got some decent cashback offers again! 25-50% cb on stuff I would actually buy, worth checking out!

To get around the picture being to blurry etc, I take my pictures at the highest rate on my phone. Last receipt I sent to them was 2.3mb in size. :)

Ive just been checking Quidco clicksnap to make sure that the payment was £6 - £3 cat food, £1 dog food and £2 cider.

I also noticed that if I went ot upload a receipt today then both the cider and the dog food are still options on my list - I doubt if they would pay out though
