I am just wondering whether all these cashback receipt upload offers are a scam by Checkoutsmart and Topcashback.

Message received from Topcashback:

Thank you for submitting your receipt image for the Snap & Save FREE Advent Calendar offer.
Unfortunately something went wrong with the receipt upload and we are unable to view the receipt image.
Please could you resend the receipt image to [EMAIL="snapandsave@topcashback.co.uk"]snapandsave@topcashback.co.uk[/EMAIL] within the next 5 days and we can look into this for you.

They actually emailed me to say the transaction was payable, so I then sent off the (original) receipt for the Alpen try me free offer (here).

I have replied to their support ticket suggesting they pay the £3 cashback, as agreed, as it's entirely their error if they deleted the uploaded receipt. :mad:

Also still waiting for the advent calendar to be paid from TCB never waited so long with them on this type of cashback but I know we are all in the same boat

Has anyone had a email from Shopitize a while back asking for views about them and also it looks like they will be changing to Monthly payments as there was a little survey in email about they are thinking about changing payments to monthly.

got the email from COS yesterday and it said there was free tin of dog food but not showing on my offers

is anyone having problems with shopitize today?i have tried to upload to both mine and my partners account and both have just disappeared from the app,no sign of receipt and items no longer on list to try and resubmit.:(

Hi - I am new to Shopitize, only signed up this week. For all the chocolate offers above, do you not need separate receipts? I thought it was 1 item per receipt but would love to be wrong .

You can buy the different items but only 1 of each, but nothing stopping you getting them as a multisave on one receipt.

I claimed for about 8 seperate items on one receipt yesterday, no problem
