I'm afraid CheckOutSmart appears to be a less than trustworthy outfit. I will be taking screenshots of every offer in future. I've never had any such issue with a cashback or similar provider before.

The offer was unclear last week. I bought one not sure whether I would get anything and I got £2, so I took full advantage and bought 2 more lots of the fish that was on offer so it was free and I got £6. In the same shop they declined my mediterrean pasta but rewarded me for the other one. So I emailed them with a picture of my barcode, pack front which matched the one on the app and link to the birdseye website showing it was indeed the correct one. They never responded to my email, but I got another email rewarding me for it.

Previously I have had problems with Danio and got nowhere with them when the pack size was different. Would much rather deal with Shoptize as my queries have all been resolved with them.

It says on the TCB blog page up to 30 days for cash back so we will all have started opening the windows
