Hi scubaangel,
If we may kindly ask you to send us an email to feedback@shopitize.com, with an image of your barcode and receipt for the strawberries offer.
Then we take a look further into this issue for you and make sure that you receive your valid rewards.
Thanks!
Thank you just sending an email now. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

You Can do it online via mysupermarket or instore if you snap your receipt via the app on your smartphone.0 -
I think i'm going to give up with shopitize. I bought a product a couple of weeks ago and uploaded the receipt. First of all no retailer was found so i contacted them and they updated it but it said no offer found so i contacted them again and they asked which device i was using which i told them and i've had no reply since. I've not been able to see any of the offers for a couple of weeks now so have requested a cheque, and think it's time to give up! Never had any problems with quidco or TCB

I can mirror that. I replied straight away on their questions but have not heard from them for 2 days? Bad experience Shopitize!Loonytoons wrote: »I think i'm going to give up with shopitize. me too.
I had £4.25 then when I updated the ap lost it and can't get it back. Not been able to find any offers recently and can't work out the survey thing for the different shops.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

I agree with those people giving up on Shopitize. It's impossible to snap your receipt if it's a long one (the stitch thing is rubbish) and they've taken away the option of uploading online. And almost every time I try to claim an offer it's never recognised and I have to contact them. Just wish I had over £5 so that I could claim what I've collected so far.0
