You can redeem your chosen offer once on every receipt that you have from one of the available retailers, which you can see by tapping on the information tab of an offer.

Any offers which become no longer available to you will disappear from your offers list.

Is this a deliberate non answering my question?

How do I get my cashback which I missed out on? When I tried to scan using the app, the app itself closed.

I would like concrete steps how to recover the cashback.

Bought the 400g pack, and it's saying that the wrong product has been scanned when I try to redeem it.

The cashback was for the 454g pack. I managed to get 80p since my app wont let me share anything on facebook. apparently this is being fixed with the next release though

I've got two options showing on mine - one for 454g and one for the 400g, checked in store to make sure I picked up the right one!

ah sorry 400g one not included in Tesco's - my bad. Depends where you bought it then. Send them a FB message they seem to reply really quickly there
