    Hi!

    The reason you are not seeing the offers is because we have very recently launched an update of our iOS app, you can see the offers by updating your Shopitize app if you are an iPhone user.

    However, we will be launching the new update of our Android app soon and will let our users know when this is ready.

    You can also check and update your rewards in the new iOS update by tapping in 'Menu' > 'Redeemed' :)

    Have updated now on Android Xperia Z and when you click scan, shopitize closes. Would the rep kindly advise what to do so that I don't miss out the strawberry offer expiring in 2 days. Have seen same problems in the shopitize thread.

    Shopitize hasn't been working properly for me since the update. It doesn't recognise offers, and when I've re-snapped them and tried to submit them, it goes round in circles trying to submit, gets to 100% and then starts over again? Very annoying.

    I reported the first problem and eventually got it resolved - thanks! But the second issue still hasn't been resolved since the 27th.

    Sounds like there are lots of bugs in the system, which is really putting me off the app. :(

    It's cream not ice cream, mine shows FREE Elmlea single cream 284ml available at all supermarkets 8/7/13 - 14/7/13 65p cashback.
    The Jelly is Hartleys Raspberry Jelly 135g same dates 44p cashback.

  • A quick question re shopitize...
    It's says you can only redeem the offer once... Now it's divided into different shops, is that once per shop or once you just choose which shop you redeem it at? Say for example I redeemed cash back for penguins, the offer ends, then re appears the following week can I redeem it again the following week?
