To the comment about whether to buy a big or small bar. I will be buying the intended bar (200g bar) as I doubt they will accept the small bar which is roughly 60p and give out 40p Cashback.

It doesn't. But that's due to a mistake on TCB part.
If you seriously think that you can get Cashback on the small bar then go ahead, but it is obvious what the intended bar is.

Can someone confirm to me I'm not going mad? (this is clicksnap btw)
I popped into Ts and grabbed the free frootz, some crumpets and 10 jars of baby food.
The first 2 tracked fine for cashback and the 3rd has been overlooked, so I sent in a support ticket.
The reply said ' I have looked into this for you, and I can see that for this offer, the maximum amount of redemptions is 2. So this is why you were not awarded for the 3rd offer.'
Now if they'd looked closely they'd see my account has zilch redemptions for the baby food and 2 are still showing as waiting to be claimed.
Or am I extremely confused and are we only allowed to claim 2 different items per receipt? I read the Ts & Cs and can't see anything that says that.
Just a bit confused (and now extremely stressed out!) :mad:

I thought for certain all the offers expired on the 2nd july (some get extended often however) maybe this offer got pulled early? Due to high demand.

I know I bought strawberries quite quickly. I'm still waiting for the Cashback though. TCB are being a bit slow lately. Used to pay out within 48hrs.
