Don't really understand it either. Percy confirmed he lovingly shared his debt with his other half, but still devon and prof need to keep banging on about it, claiming I'm the bitter one. :rotfl:0 -

Step 1 to getting debt under control is to reduce the borrowing costs (as you have) in order to free up income to do step 2, which is to pay down/off the debt.
From your post you seem to have been successful in step one, how is step two going?Mr._Pricklepants wrote: »Don't really understand it either. I do believe the original though was it was debt hiding exercise which has been cleared up.
I do like the lovingly shared bit, the main place thing we didn't have any love for was interest payments. :rotfl:Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

Would you say that being born in 1983 didn't turn out to be the affliction you used to make out it was?0 -

Sorry Percy, I don't understand your text here?
As far as the comment of mine you have quoted, I was asking a question, rather than making a statement:
"it seems you have just moved it around?"
A "?" in text denotes a question.0 -

Well, I disagree with your point that I have been "banging on about it", or that I have claimed that you are bitter.
I have just expressed my opinion on what he has done.
I will say that Percy seems a little less "selfish" than yourself, that is the conclusion that I have come to from reading your's and his posts.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -

Oops my bad, it was devon coming up with the bitterness claim.
But as you thanked it, I assumed you agree.
Not so sure about comparing Percy and myself on the selfishness scale as I barely know him.
But I'm glad you came to a conclusion.0 -
Tsk, why can't people just get along on this forum? Why can't they make their points and then agree to disagree?
I don't know, you all need your heads banging together.0 -

I will say it was, but I will admit I will have got an easier ride that someone born a few years later.
My success isn't based on having it easy but working on very hard to get a well paid job and then starting my own business to further boost income and help the local community at the same time.
I will stand by the fact that I have had to work a lot harder than my parents to get only a little bit ahead of them.
I will say around my age was the tipping point as we would finish school in 1999/2000 which is just as things wen't crazy.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017
