Hi Jo, just popped on again to see if there was anyone about before closing down. Well 9 years is a long time as you know who's who and what's what. It's just fear of the unknown when starting something new.0

Haven't read the thread but a smoker I was until almost 5 years ago. (40 years). DD was pregnant with first DGS and said if you want sleepovers, you must give up! He arrived early and she gave me 5 days grace and I am so pleased. I have had 3 fags in all those years (when I have had a glass or more of the red stuff) but so glad I am can now class myself as a non-smoker.
Friends of mine can go on a night out and smoke with the booze and not do it again for weeks. Wish I could do that - if I have too many I would be back at 30 a day. However, how do I get off the nicotine gum?
