Wow! I would be terrible, I think using a patch for me would be a deterent. I suppose though for you as you are living at home with your parents ... they are a good deterent

So you have half term - do you teach?0 -
However, with placing a patch on (although you are receiving a dose of nicotine without the smoking) you are prohibited to smoke with that patch on and so you can't smoke!
It may be psycological but if it works .... well I'll have to see;)

That's how I gave up in 1993, the psycological self ban ie I'm wearing a patch - can't smoke' rule worked for me. Mainly because if IRC it said something about being ill if you smoked whilst wearing a patch.
(Insert comments here re justification of being very ill if continue to smoke anyway !)
It worked for 6 - 8 weeks, right up until I blew the theory to bits by smoking with one on. Sigh...
