Have been so busy, but been keeping up with you all. Quiet here (especially now no1 son back at uni - lol) would really love a ciggie -will that feeling ever go away??? Still breathing through it. Glad you're all okay.

Jo I think we both need a kick up the ar**, we should be partying and celebrating our success - the pair of us keep whinging and moaning about our loss - what are we like!! We succeeded, we've achieved the ultimate quit - hundred, nay thousands (possibly millions) of people would love to be where we are and do we celebrate no - should we celebrate YES!! Blow it I'm getting out of this black cloud - I never wanna smoke again not ever - so Mr Nick O'Teen you lose!!!!! Inspirational talk over for the next few day!
