I started at 13, young, as a lot of kids do. It was pleasurable and helped me calm down (probably brain thoughts) and I decided to continue. I started around that age too (maybe even earlier :eek: :eek: ). I thought yeah yeah I can quit if I want to, I just don't want to at the moment. It took me over 25 years!!!!!

Thought for the day : You know those poster ads they had a while back where they told you of some of the stuff that cigs contained..... they had to pull the one that said 'Polonium 210' after that Russian got bumped off. YES - Polonium 210 is in your fags :eek: :eek: :eek: .

I think they should have run those ads, it may have had an impact.....
