Missed Hells Kitchen, watched CH4 instead,
I wish they would invent something like 3 on demand!
Watched the 2 episodes of phoenix nights (great new series!), the IT crowd, My Name is Earl and Fonejacker :)
Lets all hope for another smoke free day

Absolutely, I have a mate the same age as me, trying to quit, and she counts weeks, no wonder she always gives in!

    TIME FOR REAL AGE ANNOUNCEMENT:

I started at 13, young, as a lot of kids do. It was pleasurable and helped me calm down (probably brain thoughts) and I decided to continue. The worry of getting caught soon disappeared, and I smoked without thought. Then, earlier this year, I had many attempts to quit, I always gave in, and this is when I realised I was addicted. I'm 14, 15 in the next couple of weeks.
I've still got plenty of life infront of me, and dying seems a long way away, but we all know that smoking can kill young.

My lesson would be Don't Start

I feel better for getting that off my chest!

    Good luck to everyone,
Anyone else my age come join us on here for quitting support, it's not just for adults.

    Adz :)

Then Adz, you are lucky - you've plenty of time to limit damage to your body - give it up now before you find you've been smoking for 20+ years and can't breathe, smell, taste etc. etc.
