Absolutely, I have a mate the same age as me, trying to quit, and she counts weeks, no wonder she always gives in!0

TIME FOR REAL AGE ANNOUNCEMENT:
I started at 13, young, as a lot of kids do. It was pleasurable and helped me calm down (probably brain thoughts) and I decided to continue. The worry of getting caught soon disappeared, and I smoked without thought. Then, earlier this year, I had many attempts to quit, I always gave in, and this is when I realised I was addicted. I'm 14, 15 in the next couple of weeks.
I've still got plenty of life infront of me, and dying seems a long way away, but we all know that smoking can kill young.
My lesson would be Don't Start
I feel better for getting that off my chest!
Good luck to everyone,
Anyone else my age come join us on here for quitting support, it's not just for adults.

Then Adz, you are lucky - you've plenty of time to limit damage to your body - give it up now before you find you've been smoking for 20+ years and can't breathe, smell, taste etc. etc.DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0
