After all my dithering missed out on the deal for the galaxy ace 2, but decided on the G300 anyway - due to arrive today. £80 nearly new from Vodafone.

Its a very versatile 1st device. Great resolution screen at 4" ideal for 2nd duty as a movie player or for games, good battery life and plenty of internal memory to try out the endless world of apps on Google Play, much of which are free (with adverts on). Oh and its a bloomin good telephone too!
One thing I would say is I just got rid of the G300 to get a Samsung Nexus S. Very similar specced phones. The Huawei's battery life was more than twice as good!
Had the G300 for 3 weeks and very happy with the phone - not sure what more you could want or why you would want to pay more. Definitely don;t understand the madness for "I" products. Very happy and now paying less for my calls as well now no longer on contract with 3.
