Have you had a cheque go missing in the post, your chequebook stolen or your chequebook counterfeited? Then a TV Company would like to hear from you.
Television Company Wild Pictures make a documentary series for ITV 1 called ‘Fraud Squad’. As part of the new series we are making a film on cheque fraud and we are very keen to speak to members of the public or businesses who have been affected by cheque fraud within the last 3 years.
Wild Pictures would like to assess the impact cheque fraud has on the British public and aim to raise public awareness about this crime.
Wild Pictures would like to hear your story. Any email would be treated in the strictest of confidence. Please contact producers Will West at will@wildpictures.co.uk or Matt Haan at matt@wildpictures.co.uk
Please mark the email subject as ‘Cheque Fraud Impact’.

Why are Wild Pictures not listed under the Companies that are permitted to post thread in site feedback?0 -
I use a cheque to pay my window cleaner. He cleans the windows and puts an SAE through the door. I post him a cheque."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

Maybe the mods don't update the list every time a new company rep is given permission to post, but only do it once a week or so.
Does it really matter if they are not yet on the list seeing as MSE Andrea has clearly stated that the OP does have permission to post on behalf of their company?0 -

You can then pay online and he saves a walk to the bank to pay in a small cheque
If he offered I might but I never see him. Anyway, I like the optionn of being able to write a cheque. It also means there's no chance of my internet banking paying to the wrong account (if I put the number in wrong) and it going astray and me not being able to get it back.
Next thing they'll be making us have paperless statements.
It's all for the banks convenience and not for mine.
Oh and I assume my window cleaner pays in all his cheques at once and not just my small one."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0
