In most cases if they don't ask you it's because they assume you haven't had a policy cancelled. You'd need to call them and advise them of that.

It's neither here nor there yet though as it's unclear if your policy has been cancelled yet, just let us know how you get on.

So I just got off the phone with them. Easiest phone call ever, they simply wanted the outstanding payment and that was it. No issues at all. I guess they send such a strongly worded letter to get your attention...

Anyway, address has been amended so this shouldn't happen again.
