Tandoori chicken thighs with wedges and salad
Braised pork steaks, mustard mash & veg
Gammon, oven chips, tinned pineapple, salad, tinned sweetcorn
Sausages, oven roasted with peppers, onion, butternut squash, tomatoes & any other l/o veg with mushroom rice
Roast chicken dinner0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
House sale OCT 2022 = NOW MORTGAGE FREE 🤗
House purchase completed FEB 2023 🥳🍾 Left work. 🤗
Retired at 55 & now living off the equity £10k a year (until pensions start at 60 & 67).

Thursday - Salmon, cous cous & roasted tomatoes.
Friday - Chicken casserole

Ok so I have finally organised myself
Monday:- Baked Potatoe, salad and HM quiche (ooo get me, I can now make my own quiche, a skill I taught myself today, well pleased
Tue - Cajun sausage and Bean hotpot, with spring onion mash
Wed - Lasagne (HM batch cooked again today)
Thur - Tomatoe and Bacon taglitelle
Friday Chicken supreme and rice

Well I am off to see my parents this week but dh doesn't have many holidays so just me. Trying v hard to use what is in the freezer.
Sun out with Mr T reward vouchers, turkey curry
Mon bolognese and will freeze some
Tues chili made with bolognese base
Wed away dh can have pork in cider from freezer
Thurs dh bolognese from freezer
Fri dh take away
Sat dh chili
Sun roast chicken as I am back.
This leaves sausages in the freezer and frozen veg and fruit so toad in the hole will be in the next weeks plan. Hoping just to get a chicken and bacon in the big shop of the week to keep costs down as car getting serviced so expensive month.MFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000

I am working Mon and Fri night (8-8) so don't really need meals for these days as dad is kindly taking kids out for tea so i can try and grab a couple hours sleep before work.

Wed shepards pie (using up left over mince) (lo.s wont eat this so need to sort something out for them)

Sat not sure yet possibly pizza for kids and beans on toast for me

Found a bag of chicken breasts lurking in the freezer yesterday so a bit of a change of plan as I want to use them up, and we had tandoori chicken kebabs for lunch yesterday

Last week went really well for us and i am now slowly starting to see the light at the bottom of the freezer. Also have more money at this time of the month than ive had in years.
This week is as followed.
Monday - lo bambi stew from saturday evening with some dumpling added.
Tuesday - hm pork burgers and salad
Wednesday - Quiche and veggies/salad
Thursday - hm lo lasagne (made the other week and frozen)
Friday - hm Fish and chips
Saturday - Rabbit pasta

Had a weekend away but now back to real life and meal planning.

Wednesday: Out for work
Thursday: spicy carrot and lentil soup with rolls from freezer

Saturday: A friend's restaurant is having a special on american style buffalo wings so will be eating our weight in those...

Sunday depends what I can pick up cheaply!!!Me, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.0 -

Monday - hm creamy chicken pie, roasties, carrots & brocolli - dd1 hm quorn chicken pie (enough of both left for another meal so will be frozen)
Tues - cottage pie, cauli cheese sauce & peas - Dd1 quorn version
Wed - sausage, egg, chips & beans - dd1 veggie sausages
Thurs - beef in red wine, pots & veg - dd1 hm veggie bolognaise
Fri - steak burgers, wedges & salad - dd1 veggie burger
Sat - hm pizza & salad
Sun - pork in cider, roast potatoes, veg & yorkshires - dd1 veggie version using quorn pieces
Flapjacks and cakes made to fill tins up.
