Another week of successful meal planning in our house this week though there were a couple of minor alterations but nothing drastic. Food budget came in 65p under budget for the week so happy with that.
Plan for this week starting Saturday
Saturday - Tuscan Sausages and Rice (using a free maggi cook in the bag mix)
Sunday - Slowcooked beef with roast potatoes and veggies
Monday - Chilli wraps
Tuesday - Ravioli in veg soup (DD will be cooking as I am away overnight in a very nice hotel for work, oh the hardship of it)
Wednesday - Fishfingers, Oven Chips and Beans (DD possibly cooking again, depends what time I get home)
Thursday - BBQ Chicken and Pasta
Fri - Slowcooked Beef Casserole with Yorkshire Puds
Breakfasts will be Fruit, Cereal Bars, Porridge
Lunches will be wraps, sandwiches and left overs. May make some soup
Snacks will be fruit, nuts, dried fruit and am going to make a batch of carrot muffins.
Hope everyone has a good week and look forward to seeing your meal plans

Welcome How did that happen? and thanks Tealady for starting off the thread. Normally my mealplan is written on a Saturday, but I'm at a loose end at the moment and wanted to get it done. Here goes:

Sun - Meat Feast Pasta Bake
Mon - Sweet & Sour Chicken with Noodles
Tues - Jacket Potatoes with Melee Beans

That's it, hope everyone has a lovely week. Whenever the oven goes on a cake will be baked at the same time. Lunches are sandwiches or leftovers, and there's jam, bread, fruit & cake or cookies for the occasional treat.
