Just goes to show you need to shop around and not buy into the eBay 'offers'!

Goods offered new as a BIN by merchants on eBay are invariably more expensive than elsewhere in my experiance... auctions by private sellers are where to look for the bargains.
I recycle amazon boxes for my sales but I turn them inside out 1st so the logo is inside.

My stars for P&P are lower than the others and I've been having to offer free P&P lately to bring them up, I've always thought it was postage they weren't liking which was puzzling because I'm always pretty careful about that but now I'm wondering if its the recycled packaging they're objecting to.

I should have thought of that - i turn all my mail order plastic bags inside out and re-use.

Did you see a VAT number in the business seller info? A lot of these sellers aren't paying their taxes and might be in for a shock one day.

When you talk about not paying taxes are you talking about Amazon or ebay sellers...
  • Guess you don't do 4000 sales a month then....

4k of 'item' sales a month doesn't necessarily equate to VAT. It's a monetary value, not sales volume.
